We can confirm that the parameter "PublicAdapterIP" is added during setup. Further investigation is needed on why it fails to add for your case. |

For some unknown reasons, PublicAdapterIP parameter is missing originally. But once you put it back, FirstSpot should start normally from now on. |

Did you change your Windows Network Connection name after FirstSpot setup? Try to revert back to the original name. |
