Hi,
I blocked an offending user this morning by adding its MAC address but I see its MAC address again appearing many times in the logs now.
Any other special thing to do to enable this blacklisting ?
Does it require a restart of firstspot ?
Will send you a screenshot by email.
Thanks in advance,
Br,

After analyzing your screenshot and log files, we believe that Client Black List works as expected.
There is actually one occasion that you can see the blacklisted MAC in the URL Tracking log. It maybe due to the client already sees the login page before you save the client blacklisted MAC. As long as all future access from this MAC is blocked correctly, it is fine. Please monitor the situation. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Well, that person managed to create an account after I had added his/her MAC address in the blacklist. And I had to disconnect this user manually.
But indeed, according to the URL logs, none of the other accounts he/she created afterwards (several) connected to the system after that time, so I guess the black list is now working again as expected.
Apparently this fraudulent person connects in the evenings so will let you know tomorrow morning if ever (CET time).
Thanks for your help !
