Users encounter disconnection from the Firstspot server

I have successfully installed the Firstspot trial version. I can already connect and authenticate via the servers' authentication page. However, I have observed that around approximately 5 to 10 minutes of internet connectivity, the users experience disconnection although he is still connected to the access point. When browsing through IE again, the log-in page prompts back from which I suppose that the user has been logged out automatically.

How can this be resolved? Can you also provide limitations of the trial version?

The paid version will remove this limit.

Thanks for that info. I did not saw that link during my installation=). Anyway, would you happen to know if you have a registered reseller on the Phillipines so that we could transact to them the commercial aspect of Firstspot?
