Not really sure why. The only thing I can think of is your antivirus and personal firewall in your FirstSpot machine. Please uninstall them.

BTW, what Windows version do you install FirstSpot on?

my server HP Prolient ml150 g5 and os windows 2008 r2 ent.edition

as per instruction antivirus uninstalled from server and again checked the error changed on google chrome displayed after redirecting page

"ERR_Connection_refused"

and ping result -

Your machine looks normal to me.

When did this problem first starts to appear? You need to undo any changes that you made previously.
