firstspot login page wont load

Hi,

we set up an FirstSpot Server with FirstSpot Premium Edition and it worked fine but now we have the problem that the login page wont load.

We use Cisco wap371 access points in trunk mode to provide our coustomer wlan. When we connect a divce to the wlan we get an IP from the FirstSpot Server but the login page doesnt come up. If we try to open a web page in the browser the adress changes to the FirstSpot login page but it doesnt load. I think it's a problem with the redirection but I cant find it. Maybe you can help me? If we connect a device directly to the FirstSpot Server it workes fine and the login page comes up.

In the DHCP Status Site we can see the connected devices via wlan but we cannot see the wap371 access points.

I suspect DNS problem. Did you change the default login page URL "firstspot.org"?

Do you mean "Show IP or domain name in login page URL"? This is set to "Domain name (default: firstspot.org)".
