Hi Karl,
During our testing phase of Firstspot we noticed another issue. We left a few users logged into Firstspot. We also left them idle (no activity). We noticed that when we came back to them they were all set to logged out.
Is there an idle timeout set to the users with no activity? It seems to timeout after 15 minutes.
These users have been set with unlimited user access duration.
Note: we are running firstspot in its full version not trial.
If firstspot does have a Idle timeout, how do we set it to not timeout for certain users such as those with unlimited usage.
Please advice, |

The default idle time-out is set to be 10 minutes; you can change it from the Configuration Manager. Under the Dispatcher tab, in the Connection idle time-out (minutes) field.
This setting applies to all users, no matter how much minutes they hold in their account.
