Post subject: Questions From Interested Newbie

Hello,

This is only my 2nd day on this site & very much enjoy it. Like everyone else, I too have rookie questions. Ideally I would like to use this software to provide service to people in my apartment complex, the public library across the street, and possibly a cafe house across the street.
I suppose my 1st question is how realistic is this idea? Is boosting the signal possible?
I am obviously going to spend A LOT of time continueing to research this idea. So please reply back to me with any helpful tips! Thank you!

Even though it is not directly related FirstSpot, I will try to answer the question. I believe there are equipments that you can estalished AP-to-AP link, so what you want should be possible.

Alternatively, keep in mind that FirstSpot Advanced Edition does support Multiple Network Segments in the hotspot. So you can insert router within the hotspot.
