SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] (8458)

Hi,
I have downloaded and istalled the trial version. System works fine in Anonymous mode but does not accept sample as user and when I try to see the users in Configuration mamager I get the following message.

Warning: SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC dBase Driver] (8458) Unexpected error from external database driver., SQL state S1000 in SQLExecDirect in c:\program files\firstspot\cfgmgr\users.php on line 140

Warning: odbc_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid ODBC result resource in c:\program files\firstspot\cfgmgr\users.php on line 144

Can you kindly advise how to correct.

Hello,

What OS version and service pack you're using for the FirstSpot server mahine?

Another slight chance for this to happen; but we belive you probably won't hit on is:

Please make sure you have restarted FirstSpot after switching from anonymous mode to login mode. Do the same when you switch back to anonymous mode.

Server is Windows Xp with the latest SR and updates.
Also I tried restart with no success.

may I know which SR is it?

Another possibility would be the user database files got corrupted.

Please from the downloaded zip archive, copy the following three files to the FirstSpot\DataSource directory:

fsusr.dbf
fsusr.inf
fsusr.mdx

Before doing that, please stop FirstSpot and restart after the copying.

Windows XP Home edition 5.1.2600 Service pack 1 Build 2600

And Database is not corrupted..

I will try to install it on a different computer and see..
