Questions about editing fsusr

Hey Alan, I have got questions regarding editing fsusr.dbf. Firstly what should you use to edit it? Currently i am using batch commands and I find it really difficult. I am supposed to create a batch program to edit the airtime left.

So, the senario is I initiate the batch program and it prompts for the username, upon user input, it checks fsusr.dbf to see if its valid. If yes, it changes the air time to a fixed number.

But the problems are i cant seem to understand the structure of fsusr.dbf and I am not sure how to proceed with the batch codes.
