Post subject: Disconnecting users |

When I go to the Status page and select a user to disconnect the checkmark appears in the little box but it still says "Users you have selected : 0 " and when I hit the Disconnect box Firstspot pops up a window saying "Please select the user to disconnect.
Also, I have set the Idle time disconnect to 10 minutes but this is not working. Users who leave their machines idle for extended time periods remain connected on Firstspot.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
