What are the symptoms of your problem? Any specific error message?
Also, what Windows version are you currently using? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Something wrong. Can you post your FirstSpotCore.exe crash error message (which should include the crash address) from Windows Event Viewer here? Also, please post your config.ini here. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

We suspect this problem is related to URL Tracking. We need more time to investigate.
Also, are all the crashing addresses (0x000333b9) in the Windows Event Viewer the same? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

We actually not exactly why your "URL Tracking" feature causes problem. Please do the followings:
1) shutdown FirstSpot
2) replace tmpurl.dbf under datasource directory with the "blank" file from the original v7.0.5 setup zip file
3) move all the URL Tracking log urltracking_[timestamp].csv from FirstSpot\log directory to somewhere else
4) enable back "URL Tracking"
5) start FirstSpot
Please monitor the situation. If FirstSpotCore.exe crashes, please email us at firstspot@patronsoft.com the remote login insturction. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
