Hi Alan,

I recently noticed that one of my users has needed to signup again.
On looking at the Users screen it says the account is disabled du to invalid login(s).

Can you tell me what may have triggered this.?

I was unaware of this function and it may be required to turn it off if it is going to block users without me knowing.

Maybe you enable "Maximum number of failed login attempts allowed" under Authentication Server. Refer to chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf for details.
