Post subject: Open DNS resolver Warnings from AT&T |

Hello I have been getting warnings from AT&T stating that I am running an open DNS server after much time I have traced the problem to "programfiles(x86)\firstspot\DNS\BIN\named.exe"
this file is listening on port 53 on my outside (MY-ISP) NIC and is acting as an open DNS resolver.
Do I have some misconfiguration or is this how all F.S. servers operate .
