| Intermittent disconnect i am working remotely on the firstspot server from within the user net every 2.5 mins the desktop connection is broken and immediately resets its self |

There is a known problem with Windows Remote Desktop for FirstSpot v7. You might want to test a similar scenario using the current FirstSpot v8.
