Please let me know to fix this problem

You need to set the permission under Configuration Manager -> Configuration Manager, and then restart FirstSpot.

Go to Configuration Manager locally (in the FirstSpot machine), login. Then within the Configuration Manager tab of Configuration Manager, change the setting, restart FirstSpot.
