It doesn't matter what times I set. The original setting was 19:00 to 06:00 (i.e. at night) but I changed this to 08:00 to 17:00 for testing. Whatever times I set, no blackout applies and I am able to ...

Using FirstSpot 7.0.7 Premium.
Blackout hours have no effect, i.e. access is still permitted during configured blackout hours.
I note this was mentioned as resolved in 7.0.6 and not mentione ...
