by the way, I've found a problem in your config.ini. The ssl_port parameter (i.e. Credit Card port) is zero. This maybe the reason. Since apache cannot bind port zero. |

I guess it is a port binding problem. Can you install a clean windows again? |

Resize is doable by editing info.js: change window.open(.......resizable=yes...) to window.open(......resizable=no.....) |

The reason maybe related to httpd.conf setting.
You can try "net start dispatcherservice". FirstSpot will re-write httpd.conf file and then start apache.
If you still cannot start the apache then ... |

The new version of libeay32.dll maybe not compatible for some reason.
You can try to uninstall current version. Then make a new folder.
Copy all files from 4.0.7 to new folder and copy libeay32.dll ... |
