problem with landing page

Hello Alan,


We are facing the same problem with both servers we own with firstspot inside,one on each distinct place.

The customers can log into the wifi acess point, but they cannot get the captive acess portal. Mostly, the ip range
address they get is consistent with iprange used by the dispatcher.


How could we solve that. By the way , do you have any phone number that we could discuss futher this problem.
