First Spot access code tickets not printing.

They used to show up on my desktop as a text document with a print button at the bottom.

Now they don't.

Don't know what has been changed in the settings. Do you?

Please try:

1) turn off anti-popup in your browser
2) change the zoom level or text size in your browser. Sometimes it will hide the print button at the bottom
3) make sure you have Printer driver installed and one of them is selected as default
4) As a last resort, you might want to try another browser. We support IE and Firefox for Configuration Manager access
