email logs automatically

Hi,

I know this is the pre-sales support forum but we are actually using FirstSpot in our organization. We are very pleased with the product.

However, we have one question regarding the user logs.

Can the user logs be set up to be emailed automatically on a daily basis? At this time, I am viewing the log on a daily basis from the "Access Control" tab and copying and pasting it into an email to send to the people (other than myself) that monitor the internet use. Then I clear the log from the "Access Control" tab.

It would also be helpful that after the log is emailed, it is automatically cleared.

Currently, FirstSpot v6 doesn't have this feature.

You can write a little program (e.g. command line .exe) that extracts the URL Tracking log and email the information. You need to run this .exe in the Task Scheduler daily.
