FirstSpot doesn't distinguish between applications, so it should work any application (including VoIP). Just make sure the client login FirstSpot first via the web-based login (i.e. captive portal) and the Internet access should be fine.

| ok the client is using like a vontage box i used the passive login to Authenticate with mac address an it allows them to connect to the internet no problem trough the Ethernet port but the voice is not working how do i get it to work |

Please try:
1) make sure you didn't enable "Port Filtering" within FirstSpot
2) you might need to turn off FirstSpot NAT as a test. Please refer to chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf for instruction.
