Hi,
One of my FirstSpot users is on a Windows Vista laptop.
He is able to log into FirstSpot with his username and password. The infobox with the logout button appears in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
When he visits a website, his connection is timed out after a very short period of time (60 seconds) then he has to log in again.
What can be causing this? How can this be fixed?
