I am wondering what is the best setting in order to have the Online User list showing the real people that are logged in and not showing users that the last time they browsed was 10 hours ago...
I realize that the above list must be subject to the "Connection Idle timeout" setting.
We have set up this to a high value of 1000 minutes due to complains from Hotel Guests that Hate to have to re-login all the time...
We are using version 7.06 so what would be the best setting for the ideal scenario that we want:
1. Guest to be able to have 1 username and connect with 2 devices (iphone&laptop)
2. Guests not to have to re-login during their stay in the hotel (average 3 nights)
3. Th Online User List to show only Guests who are actually Browsing the System or beeing idle for not more than 2 hours. (see above that guests will not have to retype the password for their stay of 3 days)
Looking forward for the best setting.. |
