Hi,
i'm come from asia, in my area, paypal or credit card is not convenient to use.
How can FirstSpot billed or subscription renewal by scratch code?
I mean, clients register account by themself and come with me to buy scratch code to active them account, can FirstSpot do that?

Yes, payment is optional for FirstSpot.
For your case, yon can:
1) use Self Sign-up. Create a Plan with user attribute "Account is disabled" set to "Yes", and select this Plan to initialize Self Sign-up user
2) After the user self sign-up and buy from you, you can set the scratch code attribute "Account is disabled" to "No".
