Hi there,
Does the Login page have a 'Forgotten Password' option for the User.
This is the User Login, not the Admin.
Sometimes we have customers that forget their password and it helps to stop people needing to signup again for access or ask the admin to reset it.
If Not I shall make my own page but I thought it may be an option I have overlooked.
Thanks.

Sorry, we don't have this feature. Actually, this feature only works if we have the customer's email (which is tied to your email verification request). _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Thanks for the reply,
Actually it does not need an email address, it only needs a security question asked and compared with the original data the user in the database and then the password reset to a known value to allow the user to change their password via the normal screen..
This could be done without the need for an email address.
If the software does not do it then I will have to write my own page to Query the DB and provide this function.
Many thanks
