Firstspot Redirector service terminated...

Hello support

As you know I am running Patronsoft on a Win 2008R2 VMware server.
I get the event below quite often - why?

I an mot sure this is the way the service is expexted to work?
What can I do to get the server to work in a smoother way?

Note that FSRedirector.exe crash is less serious, as the FirstSpotCore.exe will restart FSRedirector.exe at a certain interval. So in theory, this should be no interrupt on your FirstSpot operation.

FirstSpotCore.exe problem is not normal though. What is the FirstSpot version you are currently using?

We are running 7.0.11
