First, I assume your router is a Wi-Fi router combo.

This is normal as the router will filter out the MAC from FirstSpot point of view. You can either:

1) make your Wi-Fi router as bridge. The easiest way is to make sure the WAN port is not used. Please also turn off the DHCP server within your Wi-Fi router.

2) you can turn on Multiple Network Segments feature within FirstSpot. This involves more setup and you should get the above point 1 working first. Refer to chapter 3 and 4 of firstspot_guide.pdf for more information.

1. wireless mode = wireless ethernet bridge
2. wan port = disabled DHCP

then i try to connect my laptop, i cant find my router in wifi network

im using scenario 1, internet --> firstspot pc --->> wireless router --->> laptop1, 2, 3

1) If the client cannot connect to your wireless AP, this problem is actually unrelated to FirstSpot. Disable the security in your AP (e.g. WPA, WEP) temporary and try again.

2) Regarding the second error, it seems that some device is still filtering out your MAC (unless you change your second laptop MAC manually to the same first laptop).

Can you state which model of AP you are currently using?

2) For the second error, if you still have problem, can copy the "exact" error message and paste it here? We want to take a look.

thanks for the quick response..
for the 2nd error it says ""you are currently online using another account" ,
firstspot detected my routers mac address, whatever laptop and account i use, firstspot detected my routers mac address, thats why i got this error,

im using a router with tomato firmware model cw 5356u,

i did not change any of my laptops mac address,

i reinstall my firstspot,
router's setting is
wan/internet = dhcp
wireless mode = access point

The reason is that your AP still act as a router. How many ports are there? Again, you should only use the "LAN" port but not the "WAN" port.

Alternatively, you have simply use a switch instead and test FirstSpot using a wired connection. From FirstSpot point of view it is really the same. You can always change to wireless later once you get FirstSpot running correctly.
