We have discovered a problem we think mainly with iOS7 on iPads or I devices
When our clients connect they create a user name and password choose the payment plan etc but when they get passed to PayPal they loose the ip and the connection is dropped before they can pay, we think because the divide is not signed it, because the default under iOS is sign in automatically |

We are in the pre-sales stage and see this question does not have an answer. Was it answered elsewhere?
If there is an issue with Ios devices, that would be a problem with our clientele. |

First, iOS (including iOS7) is fully supported in FirstSpot v7 or above.
Note that we also support Apple "Captive Network Support". The idea is that after selecting SSID, he needs to login to FirstSpot successfully, or otherwise the iOS device will detach from the AP automatically.
This problem is most likely related to the paypal page access. A very simple test is have the client to access the paypal page manually before login. This can ensure the physical connection is working correctly. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Ok we now have a lot more evidence that this is a big problem mainly but not exclusively with iOS is seems that a number of our potential clients are having the same problem the get to the payment point then as they go to pay they are redirected to the cart or login page before they can complete the transaction
any thoughts on how we can solve this |
