We have a new installation on a satellite connection (about 650 ms latency) and we are unable to get the FirstSpot configuration manager to start the software. The following error message occurs.
Fail to find the internet network connection Local Area Connection.
We have Internet on our WAN side. We checked Routing and Remote Access service which starts fine.
Our ipconfig file is below:

Make sure you didn't change the Network Connection names after installation.
You might want to modify the PrivateNIC and PublicNIC parameters within config.ini. Refer to readme.rtf (other issues -> point 9) for more information. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
