Post subject: FirstSpot suddenly wont open on server |

System has been running flawlessly for 12 months. At 7am each morning we reboot the entire system.
36 hours ago we had an electrical storm that knocked out our ISP for a few minutes. We shut down the system and waited. When the ISP came back on line, we restarted the entire system. But the FirstSpot program on the server refuses to open.
We have rebooted the ISP, our main router, the FirstSpot server, the client side transmitters, everything. Have no idea what's gone wrong... Any suggestions welcomed. We have a maintenance contract. Thanks

Additional point:
The server has an internet connection and can browse without issue... but FirstSpot will not open for us to log-in and start the system.

Please check your email. We already replied you on Saturday.
If you cannot access Configuration Manager locally, most likely your Apache config file is corrupted. Please start FirstSpot through the command line to try to repair it:
net start dispatcherservice
