Good day,
I am new to Firstspot and I am currently test running it use on the network I am about to set up.
FirstSpot refused to start and the following error was generated:
''Visitor network interface card is disconnected''
Currently running it on a windows 7
Please advise.

Please check the physical connection of your Visitor Network Interface (i.e. hotspot side) Ethernet network card. You might want to unplug, plug it and try to start FirstSpot again.
