Hi, I would like to know if you can export billed accounts and put them into a accounting software? We are using quickbooks and would like to import infomation from FirstSpot into it, can this be done? Also can we use microsoft access for the database and if so how is this done. Thanks for the help! |

1) The user log information is stored in easy-to-read ODBC datasource. The default datasource is dbf (i.e. dbase) and the default table name is fsusrlog. You can use ODBC interface to extract information from it.
2) We don't support Access datasource at this moment. Apart from the default dbf datasource, you can also use MySQL and SQL Server. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

1. Can you have a local and a remote database or is only one allowed? Will both be updated if two databases are allowed. Or do you have to back-up the local drive? Thanks. |

FirstSpot will work with only one datasource. Either the local dbf, or MySQL, or SQL Server _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Are you talking about Standard and Advanced Edition?
You can check out http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/buy_now.html for the detailed differences between the 2 editions. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
