Hello,
I modified the network diagram picture on the website. Can you please take a look and tell me if that setup is possible. I am sure other people would like to see if this is possible, too.
The picture is here:

Thank you. |

The modified drawing is great. One FP server on the internet, but how it will control the user ? ... user traffic does not travel thru 2 NICs ? |

Hello sake,
I guess you would like to have a single FirstSpot to control user access at different hotspot locations?
Please refer to this earlier discussion for details:

Karl,
I see... So you're saying that to do what I want, it will require a "smarter" router at each hotspot, which will create additional cost.
And you also said that a better way to do my setup is to put a FirstSpot-dedicated PC at each hotspot which are all connected to a single, centralized user database across the Internet.
Did I get this right?
Thanks. |

and also, what is the minimum hardware requirement for these FirstSpot-dedicated PC (CPU, RAM, etc.)? Your website does not specify this.
Thanks. |

On the topology side, you're right.
For the minimum requirement, 64MB of RAM and CPU of 450MHz is the lowest one we've tested.
