If I use your ND-Scenario 3 , Can I purchase STD version ? Does it fullfil the need of Scenario 3 ?
And I will use pre-paid user payment menthod

In scenario 3, you need Multiple Network Segment and IP-based session handling. They are only available in our Advanced Edition.
