Hello,

I'm interested in using the FirstSpot software in a WiFi network that I'm planning to deploy. My question is, would it be possible for the FirstSpot software to authenticate to an ODBC data source that is in the Internet Cloud rather than before the Internet Cloud? If so, what are the steps to configure this type of setup within the software itself?

The answer is yes.

You need to change the ODBC datatsource so that it points to a database in the Internet. Just specify the Internet IP that your database situated when you create the File DSN. and everything should be fine.
