Hello,
My question is simple, Is it possible to work with FirstSpot under my Windows Server 2008 ? or is it recommended to build a new Server with Server 2003??
And I would use the RADIUS option from FirstSpot as Information.
Best regards |

Please stick with Windows Server 2003 at this moment. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Okay, but I would like to know why?
Is it because the changes between the RADIUS settings in 2003 to 2008 or an other issue? It's only for my understanding... thanks.. |

It is just we still haven't completely fully tested Windows Server 2008 yet. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Do you have plans to make V5 compatible with Server 2008? If yes, how soon can we expect to see the patch for it? |

While we are on the subject of OS compatibility, does V5 work with Windows Server WEB EDITION? |

FirstSpot should work with Windows Server WEB EDITION. Do you encounter any problem? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

I have yet to try it, I've been reluctant to try because one of the first limitations to Web Edition is it's lack of DHCP Server capability. |

But FirstSpot has its own DHCP server. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
