hello.
i followed the readme file and the guide before installation disabled any services that needed incloding stoping "Routing and Remote Access" service and move it to manual as been told. installation was successfully without any error but when i went to Configuration Manager the firstspot status was "Stoped" and i tried to start it and in the middle of progress it fail and error message was "Routing and Remote Access" crashed and since then everything i try to start firstspot i get :
restartRRAS() : Fail to start Routing and Remote Access service, some of the system components that this service depends on may be not avaliable.
and when i also try to start "Routing and Remote Access" myself it autostop after 2 second
thanks for any kind of help |

Maybe some Windows services that "Routing and Remote Access" depends on are disabled/corrupted. Go to Windows services console -> "Routing and Remote Access" -> Properties -> Dependencies to check whether other services are working okay. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

you are right "NetBIOS Interface" from NetBIOSGroup is missing how can i install it? |

when i do net start "netbios interface" i get : The requested service had already been started.
but i cant find it on windows services list |

yeah it is enabled, nevermind i will just format and install firstspot on a fresh windows installation
