PocketPC client is not allowed to log out using Instant Keyw

I´m testing firstspot, and one of the clients, a PocketPC 2003 shows me th e following message after typing "logout" in the address bar

"Cannot Connect
In order to connect to you work network you will need to configure a VPN connections"

This is kind of odd and I would like to know if it's a limitation of the pocketPC browser or something else

It is a limitation in PocketPC.

Try to type "logout.firstspot.com" instead to see if this improves.

I tried and It worked like a charm, thanks!, by the way what is the diference between the normal option and the one with a one year maintenance contract. Is it possible to obtain the maintenace contract after initial purchase?

Hopefully I will be deploying the first of several hotspots after finishing the evaluation!

We usually recommend customers to buy maintenance if they have more stringent requirement on support, or if they want to have upgrade protection. Note that the price will be higher if you purchase maintenance later.
