users getting disconnectet

My users are getting disconnectet quit offen, sometimes 3 times in one min. any sulusion for that..

Are you using the trial version? Note that there is 15 minutes per-session limitation in the trial version, see http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/editions.html

Also, what exactly do you mean by "disconnect"? If the client is disconnected from the AP, you need to check your AP and wireless settings.

we have 300+ users, im not using trial version, it happened i v5 and in v6, i think it might be some session problem, like its timing out or something like that.

Okay, you are an existing user with valid maintenance.

Note that your idle timeout is set to 10 minutes. So it is normal that the user will be logged out from FirstSpot if he is idle for 10 minutes.

If you still have problem, please try to reproduce the issue, and then post your log file firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log in FirstSpot\log directory here. Alternatively, we can select the portion of the above log file when the problem occurs. Please make sure you match the timeframe and also indicate the client MAC address here.
