Adding air time manually

Hi,

I believe to have found the location for adding minutes to a particular user under USERS->Click USERNAME->EDIT->Add Minutes field.

My problem is that the field which looks binded to the suspend conditions option box "When airtime credit is used up" is disabled and does not allow the entering of a value.

Is this the right way to manually had air time to users? If so, what must I do to have the field enabled for input?

You need to select "When airtime credit is used up" before that user is logged in.

Note that after the user is logged in, you can only add minutes (instead of setting directly to the minutes you want).
