Connection idle timeout does not work!!!

Hi, i have problem about Connection idle timeout settings. I have set Connection idle timeout 3 minutes. And I have connected wireless hotspot and surfed internet after that i have disabled my wireless connection from network places(this mean there is no any network traffic). i've waited 3 minutes but firstspot has not disconnected to me and when i've looked firstspot status screen it has showed i was online. it has disconnected me after 15 minutes due to it is trial version.
