Hi,
After signup the users received a message saying they will be redirected to their homepage but they are disconnected due to a timeout. The login screen is displayed again and they can't access to Internet !
I deleted the users ans created the profiles again and it works.
Could you please explain why ?
The users are not very glad to pay for a service which doesn't work

Hi,
I found the solution :
I setup in distpatcher parameters a limit for download an upload transfers (5000 Ko). The counters reset has been set to daily : 1 day.
For me transfer means file transfer using FTP for example.
It seems the content of the visited Webpages are considered like a transfer.
Firstspot dispatcher is shutdown weekly only. So the limit was reached quickly.
I reset the transfers counters and increment the limits.
Now it works fine.
