Unable to delete Shopping Cart Item

I'm trying to remove an item on the shopping cart. I select it, then click "delete" the screen blinks - as to remove it and comes back, showing NO chnage. even tried editing it then delete. HOW does one remove something from the cart?

We cannot reproduce your problem.

When you click delete, a JavaScript confirm box should appear (instead of blink). Does your browser/toolbar block it?

popup does come up to confirm deletion of the item...but (to fast to read) some lines come up (like programing) and then it refreshes the page (like it should) and yet its still there. I REALLY hope id on'thave to delete everything and start over! The backup doesn't work either....so i'd lose everything.

ok found out reason... the plan's name was ***Staff Only ***, i was able to delete all other plans, BUT that one, cause of the name! Once i renamed it it was able to be deleted. may want to let others know :)

I can't rename, edit, or delete shopping cart items.

I have 3 items: "1 Hour, $3", "24 Hours, $15", and "Full Event". I can edit and do just about anything to the "Full Event" item, but I can not change anything with regards to the other items that have commas and $ signs in the plan name. How do I delete these plans on the backend?

Found it. Under [cart] section of config.ini file. Not sure why, but it seems like cart items with special chars in the name can't be changed once created.
