I am ready to move forward with your software but got held up by one issue.
My topology is scinario 1. Within the private network is a computer that I want to be able to access from a public network (anywhere there is internet) by using VNC software. Is this possible? Public IP is 192.168.5.1 while the private IP is 10.20.7.1 |

You need to enable either "Allow configuration manager access from Wi-Fi Hotspot" or "Allow configuration manager access from the public network" under Configuration Manager category. Make sure you restart FirstSpot after any change.
Refer to chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf for details. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Both of these are already enabled. Any other possibilities? |

I think I did not make myself clear. I am not talking about accessing the computer that has FS. I am talking about another computer that is connected to the private network thru FS. |

You need to turn off NAT or use Port Forwarding within FirstSpot. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
