So how can firstspot handle A/C when user PC is "hang" during on-line ?
or there is some menthod we can release the Logon ID ?

If for any reason, a machine is disconnected from the network, the session will be there until the idle timeout elapsed. Therefore the user can surf without logging-in again if he's back to the network within the idle timeout period.

There's no such thing as a hung session state in FirstSpot.
