How do I turn on extra registration fields.
I can see them in the php code but cant seem to turn them on.

Go to Configuration Manager -> UI Customization -> click Show/Hide default language content

You just type "field label" in your native language.

Ok, but I use two languages, then I need the same fields, duplicating label in all languages.
Is It possible?

You should be able to put 2 languages (e.g. Italian and English) in the same label.
