Hi
How can I change the currency base in the Pay option. I am in South Africa and we use the Rand as currency. We do not use USD. Can you please explain how I can change it.
Does this software offer you security such like Radius or AAA. My concern is if a new user signs on on their own, how do they get authenticated.

As far as I know, PayPal does not support Rand currency.
You may not need RADIUS in this case. For self signup users, they will use their own password (specified during the registration process) to login.
