Post subject: edit customers remaining minutes |

Scenario:
I inadvertantly sold a customer 1000 minutes at a price that was supposed to give them only 100 minutes [or the opposite]. Or, a customer has been unable to use his minutes do to problems with my configuration, and I wish to compensate him with additional minutes.
Where can I edit the number of minutes left on a customers account? |

under the User tab inside Configuration Manager. Choose 'Edit' a user; then change its timeleft field.

I am not able to edit time remaining as you suggested. This is the error: "Warning: Specified user name not found or a name clash exists."
It happens with any user I try to edit.
What am I doing wrong? |
