Post subject: Whitelist IP requires restart? |

| Is there any way to have Firstspot not have to restart each time I whitelist an IP? I have 400+ residence users 24x7 on the box that scream whenever there is an outage, and I have to add exceptions daily for the first few weeks of the semester. |

Yes. You can use "Passive Login" users under Configuration Manager -> Users (instead of Client Pass-through, which is really designed as straight pass-through without the user attributes).
