| I am trying to figure out the http address to access the configuration manager from an outside IP. Any help would be appreciated. |

If you configure to allow access of Configuration Manager from the public network, currently, it means you must initiate the connection from (only) the public network.
Say, for example, you public ip is 192.168.0.100, you can only connect from machine in the 192.168.0.x network; but not from the Internet.
In version 3.0, we will have that improved, you can actually connect from the Internet, if you desire to do so.
